Financial Aid Package -This can consist of scholarship and stipends. See details below.
Scholarship
Cornerstone Community School has established a financial aid package consisting of scholarhip funds and/or stipend with the intention that no child be kept from attending CCS because of financial constraints.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need, the student's prospective contribution to the mission of the school, the availability of scholarship funds and on the school's desire to include within the student body children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
Allocation of scholarship monies is the responsibility of the Scholarship Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees. To ensure objectivity the school utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid Management. Scholarship applications may be submitted on-line at www.factstuitionaid.com. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible since decisions are normally made in late spring. All submitted applications are kept in the strictest confidence.
Stipend positions are also available as a means for a parent to offset tuition costs. They are initially offered as part of the financial aid package but also may be made availabale to those who are not seeking a full financial aid package.
T. R. I. P. (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program)
